About Us

Bellaire Cardinal Design is Bellaire High School's web design club. We design and/or maintain websites free of charge for BHS faculty and organizations. BCD also holds web design tutorials for members and the general public. We also encourage and facilitate discussion and sharing of web design and computer-related interests.
