The Bellaire High School PTO uses a grant system to provide funds to teachers. Monetary grants to teachers may be used for supplies, equipment, and other items which have a direct impact on the quality of education for our students.
Every fall and spring applications are distributed to teachers for the grant requests. Requested amounts must be under $3,000. Requests above that amount are submitted to the entire PTO body. Grant applications detail the cost of items requested and how the grant will benefit the students. The Teacher Grant Committee decides how PTO grant money will be disbursed.
